The hotel is conveniently located between Paddington and Marble Arch, just a 5-minute walk away from Marble Arch. The rooms had a lingering cigarette smell, likely from being a smoking room in the basement of the building, which was a downside. The service was prompt in providing bag drop service to my room and the housekeeping was efficient. The dining experience was subpar with clearly reheated food in the basement for breakfast, so timing is crucial. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing tourist attractions with an underground station nearby. The lounge area was disappointing due to limited seating and being all taped off. Overall, the value for money could be better due to these issues.
